Returns
You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we'll provide you with the return instructions and the return address. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different product, simply request a return and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
